Bathurst Automotive Group are a busy, multi franchised new car dealership operation located in Bathurst, in the Central West of NSW. They have a vacancy for a competent and fully experienced Service Manager, to manage all aspects of their Service operations. The Service Department has 20 staff, trades Monday to Friday from 8am till 6pm and has a daily throughput of around 35 R/O's. The dealership offers modern, comfortable facilities, a strong performance based income stream, and a friendly working atmosphere. Bathurst itself offers all modern facilities including educational, medical, sporting, recreational and shopping. You will be able to leave the city rat-race behind and live within easy commuting distance of your workplace.

Applicants for this position must have solid current or recent experience as a new car dealership Service Manager. You will have strong management, financial, organizational and people-handling skills, as well as be seeking a long term rewarding role. You will be motivated equally by profitability and customer satisfaction, and will have the energy, drive and determination to lift the department to achieve its maximum potential.

Salary for this position will consist of a retained of $55 to $60k (depending on previous experience), super, commission structure and car allowance of $120 per week.
