We are seeking a Transmission Rebuilder/Foreman, experience essential, to join our team and busy workshop in Myaree. We recondition transmissions, differentials, power steering units and recondition torque convertors in house, in all vehicles, including late models, European, 4x4 and F trucks.
The successful applicant is required to demonstrate the following:
- Ability to work to a high standard with minimal supervision
- Must have leadership qualities
- Follow instructions
- Work within a team environment and communicate with fellow workers on jobs
- Be self motivated and complete jobs within quoted times
- Work in a fast pace and busy environment and use your own skills and knowledge for problem solving
- Deal with customers over the phone and face to face to diagnose vehicle faults
- Have respect for company, fellow workers and customer property
- Commitment to health and safety practices
- Must keep a clean and tidy work area
- A current drivers licence is essential
This is a full-time position Monday to Friday.
