As one of Australia's fastest growing businesses, with over 100,000 satisfied clients and more than one million laser and skin treatments performed, SILK has been taking the cosmetic treatment market by storm and due to rapid growth and a focus on continued expansion, we need Laser and Dermal Technicians for our new store opening in MACKAY who will provide gold standard service and customer care to all our clients.
Your day will be full of variety as you provide Laser Hair Removal and Skin Rejuvenation Treatments using state of the art, medical grade equipment and the highest quality products. You will be results driven and a keen listener who can understand your clients concerns. Your clients best interests will always at the heart of your recommendations and advice. With fifteen successful clinics in Adelaide, Darwin and Tasmania we continue grow rapidly and as a SILK Team member you will enjoy making people feel good.
On a daily basis, you will be:
• Providing outstanding hands-on service to customers, through expert consultation and treatment
• Building relationships with new and returning clients by understanding their needs and identifying sales opportunities
• Clinic maintenance and presentation
Your experience will include:
- Beauty therapy ( Cert IV minimum) or Nursing qualification
- QLD Laser Licence or
- Laser Safety Certificate or equivalent highly desirable
- A proven track record in customer service and needs-based selling in a beauty role
- A genuine interest and passion for the aesthetics industry
- Confident and positive communication skills
- Professional presentation
- Previous laser/ IPL experience is highly desirable but not essential as full training provided
