About the role
This position will primarily involve sales and customer service over the phone and via email, as well as dealing with walk in customers. Assisting in production when and as required is also part of the job
Daily tasks include
- Handling Telephone, email and walk in enquires
- Providing quotes and estimates
- Processing sales
- Using adobe software to assist with pre press
- Delivering an excellent customer experience
Skills and experience
- Previous experience in customer service
- Confident using Microsoft & Adobe software
- An ability to work to deadlines
- A positive attitude
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Previous experience in a digital print environment would be highly regarded
