Whitsundays leading Solar Energy Companies ‘Green Energy Technology’ is looking for Australia’s best electrical apprentice for our Mackay & Whitsundays branches. The right candidate for this exciting opportunity is motivated, reliable and is willing to train as an apprentice electrician or is a 1st, 2nd or 3rd year apprentice.
We are a locally owned business that has expanded from 3 employees in 2010 to 22 currently. We are dedicated to making the switch to solar easy for every home and business, we achieve this through the delivery of exceptional service and ongoing support and maintenance.
The electrical apprentice will report to the Team Leader and will be responsible for working with the Install team, including:

Assist installation team with solar installs and maintenance for Homes & Businesses

Apply Occupational Health and Safety regulations, codes and practices in the workplace

Prepping vehicles for jobs

Storeroom cleanliness & organisation

Customer service
The position hours will be full time hours as well as potential overtime after hours and sometimes weekends if required.
