Role
Our client is looking for a long term committed fabrication supervisor who wants to be part of a family organisation and enjoy a great work life balance. Strong work ethic and attention to detail as well as leading a small team is something that you will thrive to achieve with yourself and your team.
Daily-
You will manage 3-4 guys and spend around 50% of your time on the tools.
Core business activities include bespoke manufacturing in a variety of components from a wide range of materials using state of the art CNC machinery.

Minimum Requirements -
• Tig and Mig Welding experience
• Must have minimum 2 years Supervisor experience in a workshop environment
• Safety Conscious
• Honest and reliable
Highly Regarded-
• AS1796 and AS2214 certification
