As a Senior Stylist for Blow Dry Bar Camberwell you will be a highly skilled hairdresser working with a small team within a boutique but busy, fact paced environment. Don't be fooled by our name, its simply a door opener to a full service salon. We are a well know well establish suburban salon located just off Burke Road.
You will enjoy working as part of a salon team, confident in providing a high level of technical leadership & service to your clients as well as support to your team. You will be efficient and be able to independently carry out specialised services in styling to perfection, cutting, all aspects of colour work, upstyling, keratin treatments and hair extensions. You are dedicated to delivering a little touch of glamour to your clients every day and are confident in building your own column of long lasting clients.
You have sound knowledge of retail selling and confident in solutions selling to your clients, motivated to hitting targets and building your own little business inside ours.
An opportunity exists to join our growing team and continue to build a great client base in an expanding market amongst other professionals in a highly sought after salon brand.
To be successful in your application, you must be passionate about premium customer service, demonstrate excellent communication skills, eager to extend your existing knowledge & skill set and be driven to excel in all aspects of your role. You are reliable and outgoing in personality.
