The Company
Our client is a global market and Australian leader within the industrial equipment solutions industry. With head offices based in the USA, they manufacture a range of specialised industrial / commercial capital equipment solutions. Their equipment and reputation has been the clear leader for decades, which is attributed to both the quality of their solutions and the level of service that their clients receive across technical servicing, customer service and account management. Currently they are looking for a Service Technician / Mechanic.
The Opportunity
Your role will be responsible for the inspection and preparation of new equipment prior to transportation. The equipment ranges in value from $100K to $2MILL + and is recognised as the industries premium equipment. You will also be responsible for the service & technical support of equipment that is sent into the workshop. Jobs will involve a mix of mechanical, LPG, hydraulic and electric work. Full training is provided as well as further training opportunities. This is the perfect role to lead into a Field Service Technician role!
You
- Hands-on technical service related experience within any machinery / equipment industry.
- Technical qualifications preferred but not ideal.
- Strong problem solving, communication and customer service skills.
- Self-driven, motivated, honest and reliable!
- Valid / Current driver’s license
