Service Advisor

AHG is currently looking for a highly motivated Service Advisor with exceptional customer service skills to work at Giant Nissan in Osborne Park. Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for booking, greeting and managing daily customer relations with the dealership service department.
 
This includes the following:

• Answering customer enquiries regarding their vehicles service
• Up-selling additional service work
• Ensuring all customer requirements are met
• Build relationships with customers
• Delivery quality customer service

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following:

• Previous experience within a Service Advisor role would be advantageous
• Desire to deliver exceptional customer service;
• Operate with a high level of Integrity;
• A high level of personal commitment to success in service; and
• Superb interpersonal skills.
