We are looking for a top-notch Customer Service Advisor with a passion for customer service to further compliment our team. We are committed to creating an incredible experience for all our brands.
Our Service Department is a busy and energetic environment with a constant flow of customers seeking your help & guidance. Our goal is to provide our customers with a seamless service experience by promptly attending to their needs and ensuring they are delivered an extraordinary level of service.
The role:
- Checking in customers vehicle
- Working with the workshop controller to ensure the vehicle is ready on time
- Advising the customer of any required work
- Keeping the customer informed during the day
- Handing the car back to the customer and explaining the work carried out
- Making future service bookings
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous Dealership Experience, an advantage
- Ability to build rapport
- Outstanding customer Service Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- A Can-do attitude
- Strong ability to multitask and think on your feet
- Strong team player
