Larsen Jewellery specialises in custom made fine jewellery with studios/workshops located in Melbourne's GPO and Sydney's Strand Arcade. We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Jeweller to join our team in our Melbourne studio.
The role will involve working on the bench as well as designing custom made pieces with customers, and will appeal to a jeweller who enjoys dealing with people and working in a dynamic team environment.
We use a variety of production methods, including hand-making and CAD. We specialise in engagement and wedding rings, but we also do a variety of other types of jewellery. As a matter of policy, we don't do repairs of non-Larsen pieces.
Key requirements:
- Several years bench experience making fine jewellery such as engagement rings in 18ct and/or platinum using a variety of production methods including handmaking and assemblies.
- Given our focus on quality, a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail is absolutely essential.
- As our jewellers deal directly with the clients, you will need to have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- A good general knowledge of diamonds and coloured gemstones.
- A high level of integrity and a strong work ethic.
