Autobody Manager- Paint & Panel

Stuttgart Autos is offering the opportunity for an experienced qualified trade person to join our Autobody Management team.

Stuttgart Autos is Perth's only independent authorised Mercedes-Benz Service, Parts & Autobody Dealer. Our head office in Burswood is the base for Mercedes-Benz customer reception. Our Autobody workshop in Welshpool, is where all luxury vehicle repairs are carried out.

The successful applicant’s roles and responsibilities would be but not limited to:

• Reporting directly to the General Manager with the view of implementing continual improvement.
• Liaising with customers from start to finish with administrative assistance.
• Inspect vehicles & compile estimates utilising standard text, times & repair methods in order to achieve budgets & set KPI's.
• Negotiating with Insurance company assessors with best business practice
• Adequately job cost & invoice out final repairs to insurance companies.
• Responsible for workshop flow through while assisting workshop staff to maintain quality & efficiency of repair
• Negotiating with suppliers for best cost
• Autobody workshop staff performance analysis & implementation

  100k+ Salary with Mercedes-Benz drive car & Fuel will be negotiated with the most successful applicant.
