Experienced hair Salon Manager looking to move into management, is required for our busy boutique ‘Entrance Hair and beauty Salon’ The Entrance.
We are looking for a full time Hairdressing Salon Manager to lead and motivate our team.

Do you have leadership qualities?
Do you have experience in Hairdressing and Beauty skills?
Do you have amazing multi-tasking skills?
Do you offer a high level of customer service?
If you answered yes to the above, then we would love to talk to you.
You would be based in The Entrance.
Qualities we hold in high regard:
· 2 Years+ experience in a management level role
· Diploma in Business management.
· Impeccable presentation and grooming
· Shortcuts POS system highly regarded
· Strong retail background, Dermalogica product knowledge.
· Managing staff and liaising with guests, ensuring our high standards of customer service are maintained.
· Making sure staff and salon are achieving targets.
· Controlling stock, cashing up and being accountable for the daily running of the salon.
· Ensuring the staff are happy, guests are satisfied, and the salon is running smoothly and professionally.
· Working your own column of clients.
· Training junior staff.
