2XM Recruit currently have multiple positions open for experienced Aviation and or Ex-Armed Forces Electricians to work on one of Sydney's most exciting projects that will take successful applicants through until the end of the year. These vacancies are available for immediate starts.
 
The roles involve retro fit work to a fleet of vehicles with modifications tasks and Rectifying Defects. More detail will be shared in person at interview stage. These positions will be appointed on a long term casual basis offering successful candidates secure work between now Christmas. 
 
Criteria:

  • Trade Certification - Electrical
  • Aviation | Armed Forces | Rail background – associated industries will be considered
  • Previous Experience working on Rolling Stock or within a Rail Depot / Environment - advantageous.
  • Current RIW card – advantageous (but possibilities of obtaining these if required) 
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatic and Fluid Power.
  • Ability work autonomously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex Mechanical issues.
  • Ability to communicate in a professional manner.
