Your new role 
You are the one that gets things done. You’ll be responsible for;

• ensuring all vehicles are assessed and then brought to a high-quality standard ready for delivery as quickly as possible
• managing and developing relationships with third party specialist providers
• leading yard assistants and other team members to support in the reconditioning process and warehouse management
• overseeing and optimising costing and payments for reconditioning
• overseeing the detailing and photography of cars to ensure they are presented for sale quickly
• using systems to track and report the progress of reconditioning
• liaising with the sales, acquisition, delivery, inspection, and leadership team when required
