Responsibilities & Task
As the successful applicant, you will be based on site and will be responsible for delivering quality cleaning and soft facility services to our client based in the CBD and surrounding suburbs, ensuring we meet our contractual obligations on a daily basis. The successful applicant will be on a rotating roster, covering predominantly nights and early mornings.
To be effective in the role your capacity to communicate well with both internal and external stakeholders will be essential and your ability to work efficiently in order to meet deadlines is paramount.
Requirements
Ideally you will have:
- Demonstrated leadership and team motivation skills to help achieve deadlines.
- Good organization skills with proven experience in planning and scheduling work.
- Excellent relationship and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Previous experience in cleaning and soft FM services.
