Electrician, Hail Creek 7/7 Dream Roster
Spotless is recognised as the expert in providing comprehensive service solutions to remote locations. Our services assist in the management and operation of mining townships and other sites across Australia.
Spotless provides an integrated services solution for a large mining and resources company’s. The Hail Creek site is based 130km West of Mackay. Services include Catering, Accommodation, Cleaning, Maintenance, Gym, Tavern and Grounds.
An opportunity is now available for an Electrician to join our team at Hail Creek team providing all repairs and maintenance to the accommodation, offices, messes and other buildings with in the Village. You will provide a high standard of work in line with company, contractual, legislative and safety procedures.
To be successful, you will have:
QLD Electrician's Licence
- Sound experience in commercial electrical works
- Current Qld manual driver's licence
- Ability to work a 1 week on and 1 week off roster.
- High level of understanding and commitment to OH&S
- At least 5 years demonstrable post trade experience working in a Commercial / Industrial environment
- Current LVR
- A current senior first aid and/or CPR certificate
- Previous experience providing maintenance services in a remote environment will be highly regarded.
- Current Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical highly regarded.
The position is a 1 week on and 1 week off roster. The role is on call when onsite to respond to emergency power outages or critical works deemed appropriate by management. The role is Drive in Drive out with personal vehicle access to site.
