Your new company
Queensland based transport organisation, operating throughout the state delivering goods to various locations across multiple branches throughout Australia.
Your new role
This role will see you take on responsibility for servicing the various fleet vehicles that come through the Rockhampton branch including but not limited to Semi Trailer, Road Trains and other applicable Trucks/Vehicles. The branch moves around 100 units each week, this will be a high volume and fast past fleet maintenance position.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a trade qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, with fleet experience preferred. You will hold a current MR licence, and you will reside in the Rockhampton region as accommodation cannot be provided.
This role will suit someone who is experienced in high volume fleet management, you will take pride in your workmanship and have good attention to detail.
What you'll get in return
This temporary assignment will reward you with an excellent hourly rate, with potential for an ongoing permanent position. You will be remunerated according to your experience and be paid superannuation on all hours whilst employed with Hays.
