Field Service Supervisor
We are looking for a Field Service Supervisor who enjoys working in an office environment but thrives on supporting our team of qualified technicians ensuring we deliver on our company strategy providing our consumers with a remarkable after-sales experience each and every time.
What you will do:
Reporting to our Service Manager, this position operates within a team environment to identify and ensure that our technicians are supported with information, training and provided with clear communication on our company procedures.
Main areas of responsibility:
- Working with our Technicians, identify possible service faults, design problems
- Report accurate field service data on warranty failures.
- Ensure Technicians complete jobs allocated to them to the customer's satisfaction
- Ensure all Technicians receives relevant technical training on EHP products.
- Ensure all licenses / insurances / permits etc, for Technicians and Contractors are current and valid
- Ensure that the quality of customer service provided is at a Standard expected and acceptable to EHP
- To provide telephone support for local and national call taking (technical and spare parts)
- Training presentation: design and accuracy – Monthly reporting on all actions taken.
What you will need to have:
- At a minimum must hold Restricted Electrical Worker’s license (disconnect and reconnect)
- To possess the necessary Literacy and Numeracy levels required for the inherent skills of the position.
- To work unsupervised and should be able to make decisions that will provide the customer and Electrolux with a fair and equitable resolution to service issues.
- To have working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
