Liebherr-Australia Pty Ltd. is a member of the Liebherr Group. The company is responsible for selling and servicing earthmoving machinery, mining equipment, mobile cranes as well as foundation and piling equipment throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Liebherr-Australia Maritime Cranes Division are seeking an experienced, professional and customer focussed Service Coordinator to be based at our Sydney branch located in Erskine Park. Reporting to the Service Manager, this role is responsible for the supervision and coordination of the Service Department which services clients Australia and the Oceania Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Technicians to manage resources, schedules, travel and requirements
- Provide advice and guidance to technicians and customers as required
- Provide high level of proactive customer service
- Lead and guide employees via coaching, developing and mentoring
- Maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders
- Hands on and active participation in day-to-day operations
- Strive to meet set KPI’s
Key Criteria:
- Trade qualifications in Diesel/Plant Mechanic or Electrical
- Experience in Diesel and Electrical fault finding
- A current driver’s licence
- Proven Supervisory experience in a service environment - previous experience with an OEM and Liebherr Maritime Cranes highly advantageous
- Flexibility to travel to customer sites and work over-time as required
- Extensive experience working on Maritime Cranes
- Highly customer service focused0
- Commitment to maintain, and adhere to safety guidelines in the workplace
