THE ROLE
Due to an ever growing portfolio of awarded contracts within the commercial, industrial and defence sectors, we currently have an immediate requirement for experienced Blast and Painters to join our growing Boddington Operations, as part of the Corrosion and Coatings service team.
Working a 2:1 family friendly roster, this role is available for local residents as well as DIDO from Perth.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Abrasive blasting operation
- Industrial spray painting
- Protective coating application
- Spray application of Poly-urea / Polyurethane coating
- Work to a high standard to maintain productivity
- Ability to work within a cohesive team
- A willing and pro-active attitude towards safety
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum 2 + Years experience in a similar role
- Ability to pass all pre-employment medicals and D&A requirements
- Current Construction White Card
- Current Working at Heights - highly advantageous
- Current Confined Spaces Ticket - highly advantageous
- Strong team player with sound verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and reliable
