• Be a fully qualified cabinet maker
• Display excellent cabinet making skills
• Be organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Demonstrate the ability to interpret working plans and specifications
• Be a multi skilled team player
• Be self motivated
• Take pride in producing quality work
• Display an exceptional eye for detail
• Have their own tools of trade
• Work to and aspire to meet deadlines
• Have the ability to follow company process controls
