We are currently seeking an experienced Security Supervisor for an immediate start at our site based within Macquarie Centre. This is a Full-Time role which requires you to be available to work 38 hours a week

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all elements of 24/7 security operational service are being delivered across a popular high traffic retail site
• Enforce company Policies and Procedures
• Ensure full conformance with contract criteria with a strong focus on training, induction, pro-active operations and excellence in reporting
• Measure performance to exceed key performance indicators
• Continuously improve service delivery and operational performance
• Provide Risk Management solutions to clients
• Liaise with the Security Services Manager to support Centre Management in the compliance and administration of all contractual aspects of business and security operations within the Macquarie Centre
• Assist the Security Services Manager in developing suitable rosters for Security team members that meet the needs of the provided budget.

Essential Criteria Skills:

• Proven skills in administration - strong administration focus
• It is desirable to have experience within a control room
• Demonstrated expertise in applying and conforming to industry regulation, security contract specifications and KPIs
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of Retail or Commercial building security requirements
• Experience in leading a large team
• It is advantageous to have had a previous role that consisted of Risk Coordination 
• An understanding of quality assurance systems
• Certificate III to IV Security/Risk Management is advantageous
• Holder of an applicable NSW Security license
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Suitable PC Skills, exposure to advanced security technology desirable
• The capacity to prioritise and multi task
• Outstanding interpersonal skills to effectively deal with clients and lead colleagues.
