About the opportunity
Due to exponential growth within our organisation we have fantastic opportunity for a trade qualified Technical Service Engineer to become an integral part of our friendly and energetic technical team, supporting business operations in our Head office, located in Kingsgrove.
The role offers a highly attractive salary package, a company vehicle as well as office related tools of trade being provided to the successful candidate.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- General management of Technical Support for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Air-Conditioners for NSW and ACT.
- Managing the administration of warranty claims with Dealers and Service providers.
- Liaison with service agents, contractors and consumers
- Complete projects and supervise commissioning's on site including reporting with supporting Mente PC Data/E-Solution files
- Provide product technical training seminars in conjunction with the National Service & ProductManager as per set agendas;
About you:
- Hold relevant trade qualifications and licences
- Have demonstrable HVAC service and commissioning experience
- Exceptional relationship management skills
- High level of reporting skills (intermediate-advanced Microsoft Office skills)
- Have superior time management and organisational skills
- The ability to work autonomously
