Parts Interpreter

AHG is currently seeking a Parts Interpreter to join our dynamic team at AHG Trade Parts Centre in Glendalough. Reporting to the Parts Manager you will be responsible for contributing to an efficient and profitable parts and accessories department, through the purchase and resale of parts and accessories required for all vehicles merchandised by the Dealership.
 
The successful candidate will assist with the following:
 

• Ensure monthly targets are achieved
• Ensure customer service standards are met
• Assist Parts Interpreters in answering calls
• Interpreting Requests for parts
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers

 
Key Qualifications and Essential Criteria:
 

• Have experience within a parts department.
• Have been in a Supervisory role previously
• Ability to manage a team
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Track record of successfully meeting budget
