An exciting and very rare opportunity exists for an experienced Service Advisor to join our dynamic dealership team.  This is a dream role for a Service Advisor experienced within the prestige automotive industry.

The Role:

With a focus on customer service excellence and working well within a close-knit and highly professional dealership team, we seek the services of a proactive individual, passionate about the luxury automotive industry.

As part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for helping to meet the expectations of the most discerning customers, while assisting the dealership exceed its customer satisfaction and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the end to end customer experience, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction are upheld at all times
  • Coordinating service department and loan car bookings and in a timely and accurate manner
  • Recommending and selling necessary products and services to the customer
  • Working collaboratively and efficiently with all departments of the dealership including Sales, Parts, Bodyshop, Customer Relations and Marketing

    About You:

  • Minimum of four years previous experience in a similar role - essential
  • BMW and MINI experience – highly desirable
  • Pentana DMS experience – highly desirable
  • Be customer focused and able to establish and develop long-term customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well within a small team
  • Honest and reliable with a 'can do' attitude
  • Ability to solve problems, prioritise work tasks, meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure
  • Positive attitude towards increasing performance through continual improvement
  • Impeccable presentation
