Skills and experience
- 5 years minimum Floristry experience
- Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record
- The ability to manage, lead and motivate an enthusiastic team
- Be skilled at problem solving in a pro-active and positive way
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Drive and mentor the team to achieve sales targets
