Palm Lake Resort, Toowoomba are seeking an experienced Maintenance Officer for our resort. You will be responsible for the facilitation and completion of various maintenance lists, ensuring all defects are addressed and signed off by clients in a timely manner, providing quality customer service and ensuring you deliver on all items brought to our attention by the client where appropriate.
Ideally you will have:-
- A trade or services background, with previous experience in the construction industry highly regarded;
- Excellent general maintenance knowledge;
- The ability to manage contractors and a small team;
- Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise;
- A gentle and kind manner toward our residents;
- A "C" class drivers licence;
- Motivation, enthusiasm and a great attitude.
