We have a vacancy for a Service Manager at one of our new facilities based in Berwick, this newly renovated site consisting of 9 work bays and with a 3 year plus maturing database. It requires a person with drive and passion about delivering the best results possible and turning your people into a high performing team.

  • Ability to use qualitative and quantitative measures to identify and implement improvement opportunities

If successful, we expect you will:

  • Ensure the strategic management of the service department operations, ensuring the department operates in an efficient and profitable manner, whilst achieving Customer Satisfaction and NPS targets.
  • Maximise and maintain growth opportunities while not compromising customer retention & satisfaction for our brand.
  • Manage, motivate & assist your team in the daily operations, as well as develop their skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Ensure all systems, processes & strategies are in place and maintained to enable all service, warranty & costing claims, to be processed correctly & reconciled.
  • Ensure appropriate resource is given to workshop health and safety and that OH&S & Injury Management systems are implemented, monitored, continuously improved & are communicated to all workshop personnel.
  • Ensure the workshop maintains a sufficient level of technical capabilities to manage the routine & complex diagnostic servicing requirement of the dealership.
