We are currently searching for a trade qualified machinist / fitter and turner for an immediate start for the successful candidate. 

Full time casual ongoing position leading to permanent for the right person.

Duties involved -

• Operating Machinery
• Manual Machining / Manual Lathes / surface grinding
• Reading Drawings

The Ideal Candidates Attributes  - 

• Reliable
• Have a high level of energy and commitment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Good physical abilities as heaving lifting may be required
• Own transport is highly preferred
• Eager to learn
• Looking for a long term position
• Common Sense
     

Skills and Experience desired -
 

• Trade Qualified Machinist / Fitter and Turner
• Full PPE gear
• Can pass a drug test
• Own basic tools is an advantage
• Manual Machining / Manual Lathes
• Any type of Machining experience will come into consideration for the role
• Able to read and understand drawings
• Ability to measure accurately
