As part of our Customer Service team, you will be required to:

• Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit appointments for the service, or Aftersales team.
• Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
• Schedule appointments for customers interested in servicing and repairing their vehicles.
• Obtain customer information such as name, address, email, current vehicle and update the database.
• Develop and adjust scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
• Build excitement for our products with prospects.
• Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers.
• The primary point of contact for all service related interaction.

The ideal candidate:

• Preferred candidate will have a previous call centre, sales or service background.
• Sound warm and friendly over the phone with excellent telephone etiquettes.
• Will be a strong communicator, possessing the ability to build rapport and connect with customers over the phone.
• Have a real flair for customer service, clarity of thought and can think on their feet.
• Does not fear rejection and handles this gracefully.
• Can confidently multi-task.

The successful candidate will be provided with the necessary system support and process/product training to be able to successfully deliver your role.
