Trivett Peugeot in Carlton are seeking an experienced service advisor to join our team. The Trivett/Inchcape group is a leading player in the automotive services sector operating in the distribution, retail and logistics markets for recognised brands such as Peugeot and Citroen Subaru, BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover, Honda, Volkswagen and Bespoke brands.
Working closely with the Service Manager your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Review completed repair order
- Process customer payments
- Ensure all daily transaction paperwork is completed including repair orders
- Generate and monitor the daily run sheets
- Develop and maintain effective customer relationships including delivering on promises
- Quote jobs
- Arrange and own the service loan vehicle process for customers
- Coordinate service bookings
- Ensure the service centre & parts display areas are presentable at all times
To be successful you must possess the following:
- Experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of the auto industry and the aftersales workshop environment
- Experience in a fast paced, customer service and sales environment
- A full drivers licence and sound driving record
