Maintenance Fitter

Job requirements
- Fitter Trade Certificate
- Technical knowledge/skills
- Pneumatics& Hydraulics Post Trade Certificate
- High speed packaging experience
- Experience in pressure fittings instrumentation and assembly
- Interpret technical drawings
- Ability to plan, prepare and work unsupervised
- Current Driver's License
- MUST have Food and Beverage experience
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment.
- Maintains the control and instrumentation systems, troubleshoots and repairs all related control issues and performs preventive maintenance of critical plant and support equipment on a regular basis.
- Achieve agreed levels of preventative maintenance.
- Identify and implement improvements to maintenance work methods.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Work closely with the Production teams to ensure reduced down time.
