Penfold Mazda is part of the highly-regarded Penfold Motors group.
Penfold Mazda is seeking an experienced service advisor to join the expanding team
The role incorporates:

Making bookings;

Completing repair orders and other necessary documentation;

Ensuring the accuracy of customer details on repair orders and computer records and updating where necessary.

Estimating of cost of repair/service;

Ensuring that workmanship on vehicle is satisfactory and that presentation is to required standard;

Explaining all aspects of the job and work carried out to the customer and ensure the customer is happy with the explanations and the work carried out;

Collecting payments and handing over vehicle.
With ongoing support from our internal and Mazda Australia-based training programs – you will always be at the forefront of the Mazda service experience.
Monday to Friday
7.30-am to 5.30pm
(includes standard overtime)
