Our client, a global food manufacturing company is seeking YOU, a highly experienced and qualified Maintenance Fitter for the busy manufacturing plant based in Northern Suburbs.
Working alongside a talented team you will:
- Undertake preventative maintenance in accordance to plans
- Examine faulty machines and defects
- Remove and replace faulty parts
- Undertake regular emergency repairs on machinery and equipment
The successful candidate will have:
- Trade Qualifications as a fitter and turner
- Minimum 2 years experience in maintenance.
- Flexibility to work day or afternoon shift
- Strong communication skills along with an ability to read drawings and plans.
Your previous exposure within a food manufacturing environment is advantageous but not necessary.
In return for your hard work, you will be provided with a stable working environment at a pay rate of $57+/hr, with full time working hours. There is also potential for temp-perm!
