Seeking an experienced Setter Out|Microvellum and AutoCAD for one of Melbourne’s High End shopfitting and fitout companies.

Do you have:

• Sound knowledge in the joinery and construction industry

• A keen eye for detail/accuracy as well as excellent communication skills
• Ability to work to schedules and deadlines whilst prioritising projects Hays is proud to be partnering with one of Melbourne’s leading shopfitting and joinery companies.
• A mastic understanding of material costing
  
  Renowned for their high end fitouts within the hospitality and retail space, your new company prides themselves on having a keen eye for detail and delivery product that continues to impress throughout Melbourne’s best bars and restaurants and boutiques.
  Duties include:
• Reporting to project managers and directors.
• Ensuring the manufacturing and installation is process is carried out efficiently in accordance to the project schedule.
• Analysing and interpreting drawings and produce set out information for manufacturing, using AutoCad drafting, hand sketches, cutting lists and project briefings.
• Working with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure equipment, hardware and custom manufactured items integrate with set out documentation.
  
  To be successful in the role you will need in AutoCAD Microvellum (other possibilities available elsewhere for, Cabinet Vision and Pytha also). Attention to detail is crucial, and you must also have excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide high quality workmanship whilst working towards a deadline.
