Tip Top is looking for an experienced Fitter to join our maintenance team at our Ermington site.  This is an excellent opportunity to work in FMCG environment with a well-known organisation.

Your duties:

  • Perform mechanical repair and maintenance duties on plant equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Support efficient performance and reliability of plant equipment by responding to breakdown repairs.
  • Value the safety of yourself and others by complying with all safety and quality guidelines.
  • Ensure equipment reliability by successfully performing preventative and corrective maintenance.
  • Identifying areas of improvement and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA's) within the plant to support efficient production levels and minimise downtime.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Complete documentation as required.

You will have

  • Qualification in mechanical maintenance or similar.
  • Experience as a Maintenance Fitter in a manufacturing/production company.
  • Excellent communication and technical skills.
