Your new role
As the confident and outgoing Workplace Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering professional training to apprentices and trainees within the furnishing industry. Development and continuous improvement of training resources will be integral to your role. This rewarding and challenging position will see you working with autonomy and spending most of your time on the road, travelling to field clients and stakeholders across NSW.
About you
With excellent communication and professional presentation, you'll contribute to the refinement of course curriculum and RTO processes and effectively connecting daily learnings to workplace examples. You will require a Cert III in cabinet or furniture making, carpentry or associated building trades as well as be willing to undertake a Cert IV in Workplace Training & Assessment. Previous experience in training is highly desirable. A Working with Children Check, current driver's license and above all a positive and energetic outlook are MUST haves.
