Five Star Electrical has been operating in the Canberra region for over 24 years with a large established client base and has an opening available in our vast expanding company. With new and exciting innovative technology, the company seeks forward thinking people. We are looking for a qualified multi-skilled adaptable technician with the following attributes.
Proven record of high quality work complemented with solid experience in trouble shooting, fault finding and effective resolutions;
Communication skills which are commensurate with a professional customer orientated service organisation as well as a positive and pro-active attitude;
The ability to deliver the highest level of quality service to ensure customer satisfaction;
You will be placed on a rotational on call roster, with company vehicle, phone and uniform provided;
Training where required will be provided as necessary;
Remote travel to ACT areas and Southern NSW may sometimes be required;
You will be responsible for the repair, commissioning and maintenance of a variety of electrical equipment to a number of contracts whilst providing a high level of customer service to clients.
To be considered for the role you will have exceptional problem solving and fault finding skills, have excellent communication and organisational skills and have great time management expertise. Furthermore you must be trade qualified as an electrician and have proven experience in a similar role. You must be self-motivated and able to work independently and be committed to client satisfaction with a strong customer service focus. Critical to success is the requirement for a very high level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
