GCS industrial Services Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Rope Access Supervisor and NDT qualified technician with experience working in offshore and remote locations. The role is based in the Pilbara on a 2 week on 2 week off roster.

The Role:
- Manage the day to day operations and onsite rope access technicians
- Perform rope access ultrasonic and non destructive testing and reporting test results
- Ensure testing equipment is maintained, calibrated and serviced
- Ensure rope access and NDT services are delivered with the highest level of safety
- Be familiar with technical aspects of the role
- Ensure that proper safety procedures and laws are strictly followed and adhered to at all times;
- Demonstrate personal behaviours on a daily basis that uphold GCS Group values, including professionalism.
- Strong hands on approach in regards to directing, motivating and advising your teams.
ESSENTIAL:
- IRATA Qualified
- Experience managing maintenance teams in offshore environments
- Mechanical Qualification
- Drops and drilling inspection
- MPI,DPI,ET or UT (PCN or AINDT qualifications)
- TBOSIET/ FOET training
- Ability to interact with Client and accurately write reports
- Working at Heights and Confined Space Entry Card
DESIRABLE:
- MSIC
- High Risk Work Licence
- Lifting background
- LEEA/ Drops Experience
- National Police Clearance
- Prior Offshore Experience
- Driver’s Licence
- UKOOA
- Riggers tickets
