Beau Shea Massage and Beauty are looking for a Beauty Therapist who would love to join us. The person we are looking for is someone that is 100% client focused with amazing attention to detail with salon experience and a love of skin.
You would need to be competent in waxing and tinting (including Brazilian) advanced facials, manicures and pedicures, massage, microdermabrasion, warm stone massage, wraps and scrubs etc.
Our clients are our number 1 focus and we love giving them the best possible treatment that they have come to expect every single time they visit our salon. So if this is your passion then we would love to hear from you.
The successful applicant will require:
- Diploma of Beauty Therapy
- Experience within the beauty industry highly desirable.
- An ability to "WOW" your clients by providing amazing treatments
- Exceptional retail sales experience
- Great customer care skills
- Mature minded and well presented
- A passion for skin care and skin products
- Love to massage
- Reliable, honest, punctual, and have excellent customer service and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Achievement of retail and treatment sales goals/budgets
