To ensure we deliver our vision, we are seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Officer - Carpenter, to join our Service and Delivery team and to contribute positively to our fast paced environment. The Position
The position is associated with the use of acquired skills in carpentry, and potentially acquired skills in plumbing / storm water drainage / electrical, with the incumbent potentially qualified through an apprenticeship satisfying the requirements of TAFE or Apprenticeship Authorities for certification in the chosen trade.
The position is characterized with freedom to act within the skills and knowledge of the individual trade area; applying learned applications from experience in accordance with the manufacturers' specification or plans and specifications provided and approved by others.
Criteria:
- Hold a trade license qualification in Carpentry.
- Extensive experience of 8 years or more in the application of acquired trade skills in the job application of skill
- Hold a current NSW Drivers License (Class C)
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary ranging from $65,966 up to $75,800.
