About the role

Our Service Department is seeking an experienced professional Service Technician to carry out reactive service support, preventative maintenance and installation works for our Melbourne government & commercial customers.

Our technicians hold an important and challenging role which requires a high level of technical expertise and a strong focus on customer service. Participation with an on call roster may require work to be performed outside of business hours including interstate travel with overnight stays.

    Skills & Experience

    • Minimum Certificate 3 or 4 in IT, Electronics or Electrical field or equivalent experience
    • Current Open Motor Vehicle license
    • Hold an Open Registered Cabling License.
    • A valid Security License and the ability to obtain Australian Government Security Clearance
    • High-level technical problem-solving
    • Supplementary industry qualifications, white card and EWP.
    • Customer centered communication, interpersonal, reporting and presentation skills

    Desirable candidates will have demonstrated system experience with Gallagher, DVTEL, Geutebruck, Interlogic, Concept 4000 and Inner Range.
