About the company

A range of Security Guarding and Monitoring Services are available from STS using the services of our parent Company SECOM Australia.
About the role
Our Service Department is seeking an experienced professional Senior Service & Maintenance Technician to report directly to the Service Manager carrying out service reactive support, preventative maintenance and installation work for our government & commercial customers.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to deliver within the nominated timeframe as well as be on the call roster, supported by the Secom Group.
Skills & experience
- Minimum Certificate 3 or 4 in IT, Electronics or Electrical field or equivalent experience
- Current Open Motor Vehicle license
- A valid Security License and the ability to obtain Australian Government Security Clearance
- High-level technical problem-solving skills
- Customer service skills
- Communication, interpersonal and presentation skill
- Strong reporting skills
- Excellent time management abilities
