The role
To contribute to the profitability and growth of Service Stream by assisting to meet targets associated with the Active Stream Project, within a defined geographic or functional area, whilst adhering to relevant statutory legislation and Service Stream policy and procedures.
Key responsibilities
Installation of smart meters
Ensure that all tasks undertaken are performed in a manner consistent with OH&S policies and procedures of the company and relevant state and national legislation
Ensure regular daily contact with their supervisor
To act in accordance with relevant HSE (Health & Safety and Environmental) Legislation and the Company's matrix of HSE responsibilities
Attend and participate in team/ divisional activities, meetings, and day to day work activities demonstrating respect and consideration for individuals and their experiences and expertise
Experience and qualifications required
Relevant technical qualifications (electrical)
Relevant Industry training
Current drivers licence to enable site visits
Previous experience in the metering field and/or the electrical field is essential
