• Gerald Slaven Volkswagen are currently seeking a Customer service professional  to join our service department as a Service Advisor.

Situated in our Belconnen premises you will be responsible for dealing with service customers, ensuring the work is complete in the promised time and making sure customers are kept up to date at every stage of the servicing process.

With exceptional presentation, verbal communication and organisational skills, you will take hold of this fantastic opportunity by demonstrating your professionalism and exceptional customer service abilities in addition to your proactive approach and commitment to an impeccable work ethic.

• Pervious automotive experience not required.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine desire to satisfy clients
• Intermediate PC knowledge
• Self-starter with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail; follows tasks through to completion
• Good organisational and telephone skills essential
• Numerical aptitude with strong emphasis on accuracy
• Time management skills
• Strong and accurate data entry skills
• Work well within a Team.
