Job tasks and responsibilities
We are looking for 'Beauty therapists/Beauticians who love eyebrow shaping for our Benefit Brow Bar in Highpoint. You must love doing brow grooming and brow waxing and expertise in brows is essential. Your passion for great brows must shine through The 'Benefit Way' & delivering some much needed San Francisco Benefit beauty sass to Highpoint!
Reporting to the Store Business Manager, a day in the life will entail;
* Brow waxing
* Eyelash tinting
* Customer service and consultative selling
* Achieving sales and performance goals
* Actively building and maintaining a customer base
Skills and experience
You will have;
* Nationally (AU) recognised beauty therapy qualification or diploma in beauty therapy
* Superior customer service skills and selling skills
* Self-motivation & the drive to succeed
* An appreciation and skill for brow-grooming
* Passion & 'fit' for the Benefit Cosmetics unique product range & culture
We are looking for both full time and casual positions. Hours will vary and will require you to share late night trade, weekend shifts and will be encouraged to 'flex-up' during peak periods and events.
The ideal candidate is particularly approachable, has a great sense of humour, dresses to impress and is always the life of the party!
