To assist with the growing demands in our Parts Department, an experienced Automotive Parts Interpreter is required to join our rewarding team at Windsor.

The ideal candidate for this position will not only possess a keen interest in the automotive industry, have solid experience in delivering excellent customer service, but will also be a highly motivated and a well organised individual who takes pride in consistently achieving high levels of service standards.

Whilst experience with Kia, Renault and/or Hyundai would be very highly regarded, it is not essential. Applicants must be competent in Auto-IT or similar dealer management systems. 

The role requires someone who:

•  Is highly motivated and has excellent time management skills.

•  Has outstanding communication skills and telephone manner.

•  Takes pride in consistently achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.

•  Has strong computer skills.

•  Has a solid knowledge of motor vehicles and their components.

•  Holds a current open driver’s license.

The role includes such tasks as:

•  Processing quotes and orders in a timely manner.

•  Answering phone enquiries for both trade and retail customers.

•  Tending to front counter/walk in customers.

•  Deliveries when required.
