We currently have vacancies for trade qualified Mechanical Fitters, with basic electrical knowledge, to work for a leader in their field in an ongoing casual position with the opportunity for permanency.
The successful candidate will possess:
· A trade qualification, mechanical fitter with some electrical knowledge
· Previous rail experience, Knowledge of Camshaft and or Chopper Controllers is desirable
· Previous mechanical experience with the ability to learn and develop is advantageous
· Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
· Proven reliability, punctuality, and commitment
Responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to:
· Fitting and assembling parts
· Inspection and maintenance of machinery
· Fault-finding
· General maintenance as required
Based in Rydalmere and paying $35.00 plus overtime
· Off street parking,
· Immediate start. 7:00am - 3:30pm
· You will be working in a clean well organised factory environment with highly skilled colleagues.
· Must be willing to undergo and pass a Drug and Alcohol test.
