Our Volvo Cars South Yarra dealership has a vacancy for an experienced Service Advisor to join the team.
Key Selection Criteria:
Previous experience in a Service Advisor role (experience in a dealership environment would be highly advantageous).
Core value for exceptional customer service.
Superior communication skills (verbal & written) is essential.
Professional presentation & phone mannerism is critical.
Technical/Automotive knowledge.
Exceptional time management & organisation skills.
Highly motivated & able to work unsupervised.
Friendly, easy-going individual, a real team player.
Strong eye for detail.
Friendly, personable individual who is comfortable liaising with customers on a daily basis.
Autoline DMS preferable but not essential
